Aquatic center is the topic for next parks board meeting

Bainbridge parks officials will meet to talk about studies for the Bainbridge Island Aquatic Center at their meeting next week.

Commissioners for the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 1 at Strawberry Hill Center, 7666 NE High School Road.

Also on the agenda, discussion of the Parkland Acquisition Committee and naming the new trail near IslandWood. The board will also get an update on the Friends of Moritani.
