Air quality is expected to be bad Friday, so officials say go your shopping today and don’t go out tomorrow unless you have to.

The Washington Emergency Management Division has posted an alert for the entire state. A massive cloud of smoke outside of California and Oregon is headed this way due to the wind changing direction.

“You have today to prepare. Let your family and friends know,” the alert says.

Get supplies and create a box fan that filters the air around you. This video shows you how to make it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qr1Aj6Di7w Or, invest in a professional filtering device.
