Friday’s glorious sunny weather on Bainbridge Island will come back for a repeat performance this Sunday.

That’s the latest weather forecast from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

First, a little rain may fall our way.

Saturday’s outlook calls for a 30 percent chance of showers. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature near 56 degrees.

Skies will turn mostly clear overnight, with a low around 38.

On Sunday, expect sunny skies and warmer temperatures, with a high near 61.

Next week, cloudy skies return with a chance of showers all through the week.
