Register now for paper-cutting workshop at BIMA

Scherenschnitte, which means “scissor cuts” in German, is the art of paper cutting design.

Learn the art yourself and get inspired by textiles, history and love of paper to make your own high-contrast cutout to keep or gift during a special workshop the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, with instructor Margret Darrah.

The cost to attend is $85 for BIMA members, $100 for non-members, and all materials are provided.
