Living History Walk returns to Ford Ward

The third annual Living History Walk will again take visitors on trip to exciting heritage sites Sunday, June 3.

Running from 1 to 3:30 p.m., the tour will include beautiful historic homes, and educate visitors as to exactly how “the Little Fort at Bean Point” helped defend the nation through two world wars.

The tour begins in the upper lot at Fort Ward Park (2241 Pleasant Beach Drive NE).

Admission is $10 per person, free for those 8 and younger. Visit www.islandwood.org to purchase tickets (advance purchase required).
