Island students visit BIMA’s latest offering

Kindergartners and third- and fourth-graders from St. Cecilia Catholic School recently visited the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art to view the current exhibits.

Guided by a museum volunteer, the students strolled through the galleries and engaged in a Visual Thinking Strategy exercise, said Principal Susan Kilbane.

“BIMA is a fabulous resource for our schools on the island,” Kilbane said.

Current BIMA offerings include “Alfredo Arreguin: Life Patterns,” “Kait Rhoads: Bloom,” and “Mike Biskup: Connected,” among others.
