Jogging juggler Quentin Dombro.

The day after taking this photo, I sent Quentin Dombro an email with a couple of questions. How much of the landscape are you seeing? And, how is being in the joggling zone different from just plain old jogging?

“Let me answer that by saying why those are such challenging questions. I can’t joggle well if I give the activity too much thought. Yes, that’s it!   For me, the idea is let your body and mind handle the logistics, sort of on auto-pilot. Then, and only then, can I take in the landscape, thank drivers for extra clearance, and remember to breathe, blink, and maintain good posture.”
