All women are invited to attend Savvy Women Exchanging Relevant Views for a screening of producer and director Cameron Snow’s second film exploring the geological forces that shaped Bainbridge Island.
SWERV meets from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Sept. 8 in the auditorium of the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art; 550 Winslow Way.
Snow will be accompanied by Greg Geehan, the project’s lead geologist. The two will do a short re-cap of Part 1, which they showed in March, 2014 at SWERV.
That film on ancient forces and resulting local rock deposits left viewers in suspense until now about what happened in the more recent 10 million years or so.
