Thank you community
To the editor:
On behalf of all of us at Kids In Concert, I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible community for the outpouring of support following the loss of our NEA grant funding. The response has been nothing short of breathtaking and is a heart-warming embrace during a challenging time.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we not only met the immediate funding needs for this year’s beloved summer musical theater camp but have also secured resources to support next year’s camp. This response is a testament to how deeply our community values music, education, and the opportunities they provide for young people.
As many nonprofits continue to face uncertain financial terrain, your support reminds us of the power of community action. Contributions of all sizes help sustain KIC’s free, high-quality music education program and ensure that every child who wants the opportunity has access to artistic expression, mentorship, and the joy of performance.
From all of us—students, families, and staff—thank you for standing with us.
