New mass vaccination clinic opens at Kitsap Transit’s Gateway Center

Another large vaccination clinic has opened in Kitsap County at Kitsap Transit’s Gateway Center in west Bremerton.

The former St. Michael (Harrison) hospital in East Bremerton will become Kitsap County’s new COVID-19 vaccine clinic beginning Tuesday, Jan. 26. The clinic is under the auspices of Kitsap Public Health District and Kitsap County Emergency Operations Center, in partnership with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Registration for vaccine appointments will begin via <a href="https://kitsappublichealth.org/CommunityHealth/CoronaVirus_Vaccine.php" target="_blank" title="kcowa.us/vaccine"><em>kcowa.us/vaccine</em></a> at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 25, for vaccine slots on Tuesday through Thursday, Jan. 26-28.
