The Building a Sustainable Economy lecture series continues at 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 21 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Philanthropy can be a form of investing. Serial entrepreneur Michael “Luni” Libes will explain how this is so at the next edition of the lecture series.

He’ll show how there are not just two choices for what to do with money (make more or give it away), but a variety of options in between where unused capital can make a difference in the world – and make you a profit.

RSVP at www.bainbridgeinvest.eventbrite.com. Remaining seats will be first-come, first-serve at the door.

The free talk will be followed by a short reception.

The lecture series is co-sponsored by the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce, Sustainable Bainbridge and the Bainbridge Public Library and is funded in part from a grant by the Bainbridge Community Foundation.
