Donald Chapman

Donald Chapman died on March 23 at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He was 82.
Donald was born on June 7, 1927, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He practiced architecture as a principal since 1956, working all over the world.
He is survived by his wife Carol Hartley Chapman; daughters Denice Kelly and husband John; grandchildren Michael and Jennifer, Elizabeth Lucarelli (Don), and Malia and Christine; brother Robert and (Cara), Joe Hartley, Jeff Hartley and their families.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at 2 p.m. April 10 at the family residence on Bainbridge Island, followed by a reception until 5 p.m. His ashes will be scattered in Hawaii at a later date.
