Angela “Angie” Lewis, 76, of Bainbridge Island died Nov. 10 at her Bucklin Hill home.

She was born April 16, 1929, in Winton, Wyo. She was a social worker with the state Department of Social and Health Services, retiring in 1991.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and enjoyed crocheting and playing pinochle and bingo at the senior center and the Legion Hall.

She is survived by her son Butch Beyke and daughters Rena Beyke, Lea Vigil and Donna Johnson; brother Alex Milonas and sisters Ann Gillian and Patty Amik; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Nov. 18 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church on Bainbridge Island, to be followed by a gathering at the American Legion Hall on Bucklin Hill Road. Interment was Nov. 12 in Renton.

Memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
