The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art’s smARTfilm series on Culinary Art continues with “Eat Drink Man Woman” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 11 in the BIMA auditorium.

The 1994 film, by director Ang Lee, is a delicious examination of the relationship between an aging Chinese master chef and his three daughters. While the Sunday dinners are sumptuous Chinese dishes, the themes of the film are universal — communicating between generations, expressing love — in a blended dish of comedy and drama.

The film will be followed by a hosted conversation. Come early for food offerings that complement the film in the BIMA Bistro.
