Spartans upend Ballard in baseball

SEATTLE – The Bainbridge team beat Metro newcomers Ballard High 4-2 in an away varsity baseball game last Wednesday.

Carter Kraus had one hit, Duncan McCombs finished with one run, Trent Schulte managed one run and two hits, and Jack O’Neill had four at bats and one hit.

Fellow Spartan slugger Truman Miller also had four at bats, as well as one hit.

David Wellbrock had two at bats and one run, Even Ferguson one at bat, Max Thomas three at bats and one run and Brice Kozlosky had three at bats and one hit.
