TRAVEL ADVISORY | One-hour wait for Bainbridge boat

Washington State Ferries is advising travelers on the Bainbridge Island-Seattle route that there is an estimated one-hour wait for a ferry for drivers departing Seattle for Bainbridge.

The delay is due to heavy vehicle traffic boarding the vessels.

The advisory was issued just after 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 3.

Vehicle space is also limited for the 2:05 p.m. departure from Seattle to the island.
