The Stanford meet is a unique combined college/high school invitational event with very difficult qualifying standards, which provided the BHS athletes with the opportunity to compete against excellent high school runners, mainly from California.
It also gave the BHS athletes the chance to witness some of the best college runners, throwers and jumpers in the country in action at Cobb Field.
