Laroche pushes Bainbridge past Prep

BAINBRIDGE – The Spartans notched their first win of the season in boys varsity lacrosse after outlasting Seattle Prep 7-5 Tuesday at Bainbridge Memorial Stadium.

Ben Laroche scored two goals, added two assists and had two ground balls to lead Bainbridge.

Laroche was one of three Spartans to split the pipes with a pair. Jack Frickleton and Max Wickline both had two goals, while teammate Ben Biggers rounded-out the scoring with a solo goal. Wickline also had two ground balls and Frickleton contributed one.

Spartans goaltender Charlie Shrout finished the game with 10 saves.
