The Bainbridge Review’s Luciano Marano got an early peek at the preparations for Bainbridge Performing Arts’ production of Monty Python’s “Spamalot” during rehearsals for the madcap show.

The show, inspired by the classic film comedy “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” Spamalot retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.

The show is led by BPA favorite director Ken Michels (“Avenue Q,” “The Full Monty,” “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” “Shrek” and “The Santaland Diaries”).

The final performances of “Spamalot” are 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20 and 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21.

Tickets are $27 for adults, $22 for seniors and $19 for students, youth, military, and teachers and may be purchased online at www.bainbridgeperformingarts.org, by phone at 206-842-8569 or in person at BPA (200 Madison Ave. North).
