WSF predicts heavy traffic on Bainbridge route during Independence Day holiday

Washington State Ferries is advising travelers to plan ahead for heavy traffic on the Bainbridge Island-Seattle route around the Fourth of July holiday.

The route will operate on a holiday (Saturday) schedule on Wednesday, July 4, which includes an extra departure from Bainbridge Island at 7:55 a.m.
