Marguerite Margo Anne Kaivo, age 88
Marguerite “Margo” Anne Kaivo, died May 31 at her home in Kingston. She was 88.
Margo was born in Chehalis on Oct. 6, 1921, to Ellsworth and Bertha (Hansen) Fulk.
She graduated from high school in 1939 in Albany, Ore., and graduated from nurses training from Emmanuel Hospital in Portland in 1943. Margo married Lawrence W. Kaivo in Vancouver in 1946. She worked as a registered nurse for 40 years retiring from Swedish Hospital in Seattle in 1983.
Margo was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence in 2004.
She is survived by her son Lawrence W. Kaivo Jr.(Diann) of Kingston; daughter Anne Wright (Tim); and grandchildren Trent and Morgan Kaivo, Jason, Alesha and Dustin Oak, Jay (Rosie), Jesse and Dylan Wright.
Margo lived the last four years with her son (Larry) and daughter-in-law (Diann) in Kingston, having spent the prior 56 years in Shoreline.
