Stephen George

Stephen George, nicknamed Big Dad and brother to many, died on Dec. 6. He was 56.
He was born on Oct. 21, 1952 and was a resident of Little Boston, having lived all his life in Kitsap County.
He was preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” George; his mother, Dorothy Day George; his sister, Dorothea George; and his neice, Kimberly Shine.
He is survived by sisters Bonnie Helgestad and Loreen Mendenhall; niece Daisy Nelson; nephew William Windsor; great-niece Jennifer Baldridge; and great-nephew Joshua Wooster. He is also survived by Ann Anderson, who was like a second mother to him; Russell Fulton; Lloyd Fulton; Charlie George; Jeff Fulton; cousins Donna and Marilyn; and many more loving family and friends.
