Ruby P. Fleming

Ruby P. Fleming, 88, died Feb. 2 at Messenger House Care Center on Bainbridge Island.
She was born Oct. 30, 1917, in Kansas. She married Ivan Fleming, and they were together for 62 years, living in Aberdeen, Wash., for many years.
After her husband died, she moved to Bainbridge Island to be closer to her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon McMillian, of Bainbridge Island; her brother, Roy Smith, of Keizer, Ore.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Private services are planned, with arrangements by Kass & Cook Family Funeral Home on Bainbridge Island.
