Roy Winston Jr. Mullis

Retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Roy Winston Mullis Jr., 86, died Feb. 26 at Harrison Hospital.

He was born Jan. 11, 1918, and had been a Bainbridge resident for nine years.

He was the husband of the late Eunice Moore Mullis, and was acknowledged as “a consummate gentleman.”

He is survived by his sons, Ron and Varon, daughters-in-law Janet and Anne, and his granddaughter, Jennifer.

No services will be held. Memorial contributions can be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
