Two losses drop BHS boys b-ball team to 2-4

Left still chasing their first league win of the season, the Bainbridge High School varsity boys basketball team slogged through two road losses last week, dropping their overall season record to 2-4 (0-3 in conference).

Following a win against Central Kitsap on Dec. 3, the Spartans were bested the very next night by O’Dea in Seattle (80-52).

Then, on Friday, Dec. 7, the island squad was barely beaten by Roosevelt (53-50).

They next returned home, hosting Cleveland on Tuesday, Dec. 11.

The Spartans are tied for last place in the Metro standings alongside Lakeside, Seattle Prep and Nathan Hale.
