The Bainbridge Spartans fell in three straight sets in girls varsity volleyball to Bishop Blanchet late last week.

The Spartans were defeated 3-0 in the final game of the regular season, a road matchup against the Braves in Seattle. BHS finished this year’s campaign at 2-14 overall.

Bainbridge faced a tough road going into this week’s Metro League Tournament, with a matchup Tuesday against Nathan Hale that the Raiders won, 3-0, at Eastside Catholic High School.

The Spartans were scheduled to return to the court Thursday to face Chief Sealth in a loser-out affair in the tourney.
