Spartans win volleyball tourney

SILVERDALE – The Bainbridge Spartans claimed the crown for the second year in a row at the Kitsap Classic Volleyball Tournament this past weekend.

The Spartans They defeated Glacier Peak 2-0 for the tourney title with scores of 25-13, 25-23.

Sydney Maria had seven kills, two aces and one block for the Spartans. Angela Shakirova added four kills and one ace to Bainbridge’s winning effort.
