Spartans win first volleyball game

The Spartans powered past the Trojans in the season opener in girls varsity volleyball Wednesday in Paski Gymnasium.

Bainbridge High beat Olympic 3-0 in the non-conference matchup, with scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-17.

The Spartan JV team also posted a victory over Olympic, winning 2-1.

The BHS C-team fell 1-2.
