SEATTLE – The Bainbridge High varsity baseball team trekked home from Seattle slightly worse for wear, having suffered their first loss in five games Monday, April 9, at the bats of the Lakeside Lions.

The final score was 6-2.

BHS had not lost a game since an 8-4 defeat to Mercer Island back on March 19.

Lakeside remains the top team in the Metro standings (10-2 overall).

They remained on the road the very next day to face off against Roosevelt.
