The Bainbridge High varsity girls basketball team squeaked to their fifth win of the year Thursday, Dec. 28, at home against fellow Kitsap hoopsters from Kingston High.

The final score was 48-47, and the win — their first after two successive losses — nudged the Spartans’ overall season record to an even 5-5 (2-3 in conference).
