BAINBRIDGE – Bainbridge outlasted Ballard 3-1 in girls varsity volleyball late last week, with scores of 20-25, 25-14, 26-24 and 25-13.

“It was a great match with lots of heavy hitters and scrappy plays,” said Spartan Coach Dominique Atherley.

Grace Cisneros had 13 kills for BHS, leaving her with a .500 hitting average, and two blocks.

Maggie Sweeney also came up big for Bainbridge, with 11 kills and 19 digs.

The big Metro League win kept the Spartan girls undefeated in conference play, with a 4-0 record.
