Spartans earn league honors

Eight Bainbridge High athletes have picked up league honors in their respective sports.

Five members of the Bainbridge Spartans boys soccer team have earned recognition for outstanding play this season from the Sound League.

Mario Vukic was named to the Sound League’s 1st Team, and teammate Ian Drury was named to the 2nd Team. Sound League honorable mentions went to

Dustin Scott, Isaiah Mas and JT Ahearne.

Three players on the Spartan boys lacrosse team also earned All Conference Honors this past week.

Merritt McMahon and Carl Swan were named to the Division 1 1st Team, and Michael Greenwood was named to the Division 1 2nd Team.
