The Spartan girls junior varsity basketball team trounced the JV squad from Olympic 62-23 earlier this week in Paski Gymnasium.

In action Wednesday, the Bainbridge girls JV team was edged by Port Angeles, 42-35.

Bainbridge’s boys teams — the JV squad and the C-Team — both came up short Tuesday in their home matchups against Port Angeles.

The Spartan boys JV team fell to PA, 57-36. The score was nearly identical for the BHS boys C-Team; they stumbled against the Roughriders, 56-36.

The Spartan JV team returns to action Thursday at home against Sequim. Tipoff is in Paski Gymnasium at 4:45 p.m.

The C-Team also has a 4:45 p.m. start against Sequim, in the Commodore gym.

The Spartan girls JV team will travel to Sequim for a non-league game Thursday.
