Spartan girls down 84-45 against Garfield

SEATTLE – The Bainbridge High varsity girls basketball team suffered an 84-45 loss on the road Wednesday, Dec. 6 at the hands of Garfield High.

The loss came on the heels of a win against Olympic just days before, their first victory of the year after two disappointing early showings, and lowered the Spartans’ overall season record to 1-3.

Seattle Prep is the top team in the league, with an overall record of 3-0.

The island team next returned home to host Franklin on Friday, Dec. 8, their first home game of the year.
