SEATTLE – The Braves handed the Spartans their first loss of the season as Bishop Blanchet blanked Bainbridge 3-0 in girls varsity fastpitch softball late last week.

The loss dropped Bainbridge’s overall record to 2-1.

Last Friday’s matchup against Seattle Prep was canceled due to rain.
