BIFC sends 12 teams to State quarter-finals

Twelve teams from the Bainbridge Island Football Club have advanced to the State Cup Quarterfinals (round eight), to be held at Battle Point Park this weekend.

The 06 Girls team is traveling to West Seattle to compete as well.

“We know at least one will advance, as we have two Bainbridge teams playing each other in one game,” said BIFC Director of Coaching Ian McCallum.

Saturday, Jan. 26

9:30 a.m. Bainbridge Island FC B08 White vs. Bainbridge Island B08 Black

10 a.m. Bainbridge Island FC B05 Blue vs. Crossfire B05 Pratt

11:15 a.m. Bainbridge Island FC B08 Blue vs. Newport FC B08

1:15 p.m. Bainbridge Island FC B07 Blue vs. VISC Arsenal B07

2 p.m. Bainbridge Island FC B06 Blue vs. Lake Hills B06.

2:45 p.m. Bainbridge Island FC G05 Blue vs. NSC Green G05

Sunday, Jan. 27

10 a.m. Bainbridge Island FC B00 Blue vs. Crossfire B00 Cantrell

12 p.m. Bainbridge Island FC B04 Blue vs. WA Timbers B04 White

Additionally, the 01G team will be playing a regular season game at 12 p.m. Saturday.
