The Bainbridge Spartans swept Ballard in varsity tennis Tuesday, with both the boys and girls team winning on the road.

The BHS boys won 3-2, and the victory was even shorter and sweeter for the girls.

“Our girls really played well and breezed to a solid 4-1 victory,” said BHS Head Varsity Tennis Coach Jennifer Anne Shorr.

The Spartans were scheduled to play their final home match of the season on Thursday against Franklin High School.

The conference tournament begins April 29.
