BHS boys pull out second basketball success

BAINBRIDGE – The Bainbridge High varsity boys basketball team snagged their second win of the year Friday, Dec. 22 at home against Kingston High.

The final score was 71-30.

It was the island team’s first win since their first outing of the year, on Nov. 28, against Port Angeles, and nudged their overall season record to 2-5 (0-5 in conference). They remain in the bottom spot of the Metro standings.

The Spartans next hit the road for the Holiday Classic tournament at Bellevue College, and will return to their home court at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2 to host Seattle Preparatory.
