Bainbridge levels Lakeside in LAX at home

The Spartans doubled up Lakeside with an impressive 8-4 win in girls varsity lacrosse late last week at Bainbridge High’s Memorial Stadium.

Kendall Havill led the Spartan scoring effort. She split the posts for four goals in the contest.

Havill also contributed four ground balls, two draws and three caused turnovers to the BHS victory.

Madeleine Sherry added two goals and an assist, while Eleanor Collins and Eleanor King scored a goal each.

Collins also had two assists, three ground balls and a caused turnover.

Thuy Lan Ortiz preserved the win with another outstanding effort in goal. She finished the night with eight saves in the net.
