After qualifying at the Divisional Championships in Bend, Oregon in June, Emma Folkerts, 16, and Zoe Lang, 11, of the Island Rock Gym climbing team, advanced and competed in the USA Climbing National Championships in Kennesaw, Georgia last week.

Crown Royal wins two more

Exercise has long been known to be a powerful aid in the mission to prevent certain types of cancer, but, once a year at least, riding a bike has a much more direct effect in the fight to obliterate the disease.
