Pumas fall to Portland, 1-0

The Kitsap Pumas fell to the Portland Timbers U23 team 1-0 Sunday at Bremerton Memorial Stadium. It was the Pumas' final home game of the regular season.

Brian Ramsey scored the lone goal for the Timbers (16-0-0) in the 22nd minute.

The Pumas (10-2-2) have two games remaining in the regular season. They play the Vancouver Whitecaps in Vancouver, British Columbia, Wednesday and the Tacoma Tide in Tacoma Saturday. Both games begin at 7 p.m. The Pumas can clinch a playoff berth with a win in either game.
