Bainbridge Rookies 19

The Bainbridge Island Rookies, making their second trip to Snoqualmie in two weeks, lost to the Mt. Si Gray team 46-19.

The Rookies were down 20-12 at the end of the first half, but the Wildcats’ impressive running game proved to be unstoppable and they put the game out of reach in the third quarter with 26 points. The Wildcats ran for 354 yards on 22 carries, compared to 136 yards on 19 carries for the Rookies.

The Rookies have a 3-4 record and will finish the season Saturday against Skyline White in Sammamish.
