BREMERTON - The Bainbridge High School varsity boys baseball team will not play on the road against Bremerton Wednesday afternoon as originally scheduled.

The Spartans are now 2-for-2 in postponements. Monday's home game against Port Angeles was also called off due to weather-related reasons.

Bainbridge High said Tuesday the intended second game of the season, the matchup against the Knights on March 19, has been officially canceled.

The Spartans are now slated to play their first game of the 2014 season at home against Central Kitsap at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 20.
