The Bainbridge High School boys varsity basketball team is going to districts.

The team locked down their guaranteed spot after claiming a critical win at home against the Lakeside Lions with a resounding final score of 64-44 Friday, Feb. 7.

The Spartans scored the first two baskets of the game not even minutes apart early in the first quarter, and maintained that momentum the rest of the contest.

Friday's game was also the last regular season home game and Senior Night. The young Spartan squad recognized departing senior Joey Blacker.
