Bainbridge loses first football game at home

Friday the 13th lived up to it's unlucky reputation for the Bainbridge Island Spartans who, despite home field advantage and a mid-game quarterback change, could not turn the tide against the Kingston Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers jumped on the Spartans early and the game's final score, 40-6 Kingston, was sadly reminiscent of last week's Spartan score after the first game of the season against Central Kitsap High.
