Racqueteers drag White River

The Bainbridge tennis team opened its season with an 11-0 win Monday at White River.
We got off to a good start, coach Mike Anderson said of the effort.
The win included straight-sets sweeps by the girls top seed, Whitney Cheng and No. 2 player Molly Donohue, and Spencer Cheng and Nash Reijnen, the boys No. 2-3 seeds.
Results included:
Girls Singles: Whitney Cheng d. Natalie Mounts 6-0, 6-0; Molly Donohue d. Tasha Hardy 6-0, 6-0; Anna Judson d. Karina Davis 6-1, 6-0
Boys Singles: Daniel Donohue d. Riley Flarity 6-1, 6-2; Spencer Cheng d. Kyle Campbell 6-0, 6-0; Nash Reijnen d. Ryan Spencer 6-0, 6-0.
Girls Doubles: Marietta Crockett/Jenny Trygg d. Courtney Cavelti/Chrissy Harrington 6-1, 6-0; Gwen Gottlieb/Jocelyn Moody d. Jessica Turley/Kelly Mills default
Boys Doubles: Hank Hobbs/Ben Miller d. Tye Clements/Casey Dreyer 6-2, 6-1; Sean Brachvogel/Darton Gibbons d. RJ Hardy/Carl Erickson 6-1, 6-0
Mixed Doubles: Lauren Trageser/Taylor Lea d. Beth Layton/Thomas Harderson 6-1, 6-0.
