Wilkes nets tennis tourney title

The team from Captain Charles Wilkes Elementary stands with their trophy on tournament night after winning the Seventh Annual Elementary School Tennis Tournament in the Commodore gym on Feb. 10. Students from Wilkes, Captain Johnston Blakely Elementary, Commodore Options and Ordway Elementary competed for an hour and celebrated afterwards in Commodore Commons at a pizza party held by the Bainbridge Community Tennis Association for the teams and their families.
