Fly Fishers get presentation from Western Rivers Conservancy

Bainbridge Island Fly Fishers will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Seabold Hall, 14451 Komedal Rd NE.

Jim Cox, director of donor relations for Western Rivers Conservancy, will give the presentation “Sometimes To Save A River You Have To Buy It.” Cox will detail how they purchase river lands across the western United States to protect and conserve vital river ecosystems, and provide compatible public access.

Bring a fly or $1 and participate in the raffle for a nice selection of flies.
