Spartans saddle Panthers with loss in hoops

The Spartans pounced on the Panthers in the fourth quarter to stage a comeback win against Seattle Prep, 39-36, in girls junior varsity basketball Friday.

Bainbridge improved to 9-3 with the Metro League win.

Rosy Brown had a double double for the Spartans; 14 points and 14 rebounds.

Natalie Beatie finished with seven points for BHS, while Carly Lant and Kayla Buchmeier added six points each.
