Bardelson is new table tennis champ

Sam Bardelson won first place in the Bainbridge Island Table Tennis Tournament that was held at the Waterfront Park Community Center on Saturday, Oct. 13.
The tournament was sponsored by the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District and the Bainbridge Senior Community Center.
Players who are interested in joining the fun can stop by the center during open sessions, which are held from noon to 2 p.m. Mondays and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays. Call 206-842-1616 for more information.
